Scarab And What It Means: The scarab beetle is found in the art and mythology of many cultures across the globe. They were an important part of Ancient Egyptian life, scarab beetles were considered magical. The early Egyptians thought that scarab beetles pushed the sun across the sky and carried the solar system on their backs. It was because of these beliefs that the scarab beetle became synonymous with strength and power, and also became closely associated with their sun god. It was this relationship with the sun god, and the process of sunrise and sunset, that started the association with cycles and changes. The scarab beetle became a symbol for change, more importantly positive change. They became a symbol for good fortune, positive change, personal growth, good health, creativity, strength, and prosperity. All of these things are important to me as a person, and as a business owner, but even more so to our clients. Whether our clients know what a scarab beetle represents or not, when you walk into our studio, you are starting out on a journey. It is our job to make sure it is a safe, and enjoyable one. At scarab, we are committed to providing people of all ages, and all walks of life, the work they want in a safe, comfortable, and clean environment, with a friendly, knowledgable staff.
